Photography, Gondola & Snowshoeing

2.Photography, Gondola & Snowshoeing

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 47 reviews · 6 hours (approx.) · from $161

Travel from Vancouver with a small group and a photographer guide such as Nafees Shams for a full day of mountain scenery, hiking, and photo instruction. Expect downtown pickup, the Sea to Sky Highway, the Sea to Sky Gondola, Shannon Falls, and possibly Joffre Lakes, depending on the confirmed route. Bring lunch, water, layers, and sturdy waterproof footwear.

“Dressing up in layers decibel helps as you may be cold before you feel warm and parts of the way you may get wet so dress accordingly. Prepare to have the best view during lunchtime. It helps to bring lunch and some water. For inexperienced hikers, it will feel difficult to hike the last part but worth it once you reach the 3rd Lake!! Bug spray is a must!! Waterproof shoes helps and long socks a must to prevent bug bites. Above all don't forget to have fun and take in the spectacular view!!!”

Photography & Hiking in Nature

3.Photography & Hiking in Nature

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 36 reviews · 7 hours (approx.) · from $147

Spend about seven hours with a photographer guide such as Nafees or Nash, moving from Lynn Canyon’s old-growth forest to Granville Island, Stanley Park, English Bay, and Gastown. You’ll get photo tips for an iPhone, DSLR, or borrowed camera, plus downtown pickup and drop-off. Expect light hiking, stairs, city views, and a flexible pace.

“This tour was excellent!! I was solo on this tour and he did not cancel like most would do. Nafees was very knowledgeable about the city and the areas we hiked. Also he was very fun to talk too!! The nature hike and photography was my favorite part. Light hiking in nature and there are lots of stairs but it was nice to see a different part of the city than just downtown. Took some excellent pictures and Nafees showed me pictures settings on my IPhone that I had no idea it had. Highly recommend booking!!”

“Had a great day with Nafees hiking up the Chief and check-in out Shannon Falls. He was very friendly, attentive and had great tips along the way, both for shooting good pictures as well as for the hike itself as it was quite a technical one. Thanks.”
